Questions? We've got answers

How long does my order take?

Most orders are printed and shipped within 1–3 business days. Delivery time then depends on your province.

How much is shipping?

We ship anywhere in Canada for a flat $14.90, and shipping is free on orders over $100.

What files can I send?

PNG, JPG, PDF or SVG. High-resolution images give the best result. No file? Describe your idea in the order notes and we'll help you with the design.

Will I see my design before it's printed?

Yes. We email you a proof to approve before anything is printed.

Do you do bulk or business orders?

Yes — any quantity, no minimum. Request a custom quote on our Bulk & Business Orders page.

Do you ship outside Canada?

Not yet — we currently ship within Canada only.
