Designing your product
How do I design my product?
Open any product and click Design it online. Upload a photo or logo, add text, or pick a clipart design. You can move, resize and rotate everything inside the print area, then add it to your cart. Mugs and tumblers show a 3D preview you can turn around.
What files can I upload?
PNG, JPG, WEBP or SVG. For a sharp print, use an image at least 1500 px wide. A PNG with a transparent background works best for logos.
What does the print quality message mean?
The designer checks your image at the size you chose. Good means it will print sharp. Fair or Low means the image may look blurry: make it smaller or upload a bigger version of the file.
Can I print on the front and back?
Yes. On T-shirts, hoodies and crewnecks, choose Back in the designer to add a back print (+$8 per item). On mugs and tumblers, tick Print the design on both sides at no extra cost.
Will I see my design before it's printed?
Yes. The designer shows exactly how your product will look before you order, and we print it as shown. If something looks off, like a very blurry image, we'll contact you before printing. Bulk orders and custom requests get an emailed proof to approve.
I don't have a design. Can you help?
Yes. Use our clipart and text tools, or tell us your idea and we'll help you create it.
Are the clipart and fonts free?
Yes. Text, fonts and clipart are included in the price of the product.
Orders and production
How long does my order take?
Most orders are printed and shipped within 1–3 business days. Delivery then usually takes 2–7 business days, depending on your province.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us as soon as possible at info@printscreations.com. We can change or cancel your order for a full refund until we start printing it.
How do you print?
Everything is made in our Montréal studio. All our apparel is printed with DTF transfers, and mugs, tumblers, puzzles and our other products with sublimation, so prints are bright and long-lasting.
Shipping
How much is shipping?
A flat $14.90 anywhere in Canada, and free on orders of $100 or more.
Do you ship outside Canada?
Not yet. We currently ship within Canada only.
How do I track my order?
You'll get an email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Returns
Can I return a personalized item?
Personalized items are made just for you, so we can't take them back for a change of mind. If your item arrives damaged, defective or wrong, email us a photo within 14 days of delivery and we'll reprint it or refund you. Read our refund policy.
Bulk and business orders
Is there a minimum order?
No minimum. Order one item or a hundred.
Can each item have a different name and number?
Yes. In the designer, open Group order: sizes & quantities, enter how many of each size, then add a name and number for each item (+$5 per name, +$4 per number).
How do I get a quote for a large order?
Use our Bulk & Business Orders page or the quote form in the designer. We reply within one business day.
Care
How do I wash my printed clothing?
Turn it inside out, wash cold and tumble dry low or hang to dry. Don't iron directly on the print.
Are the mugs dishwasher safe?
Our white ceramic mugs are dishwasher and microwave safe. For the longest-lasting print, we still recommend hand washing.
